WebXR gives a web application access to supported XR sessions, poses, views and inputs. Secure contexts, permission checks and feature detection are part of a responsible integration.

Role in the Augmentiverse
URL-addressable experiences support web distribution. Browser availability and session modes depend on the browser, operating system and device.

- Browser-based VR and supported AR sessions
- Shared web content and immersive interaction
Limits and implementation choices
- This is a work in progress, not a final W3C Recommendation.
- An implementation may support VR but not immersive AR.
